The public site needed to feel bold and modern while clearly communicating IWF’s mission and impact.

The member portal and app had to connect members from around the world with features like community conversations and directory.

I set the visual direction and created the visual concepts for the homepage of the public site and then built out the additional pages leveraging custom built website components.

Storytelling was important and I determined the story flow throughout the public site, member portal, and app, working closely with developers to bring it to life.

The public site strengthened IWF’s visual presence and credibility.

The portal and app boosted global member engagement.
